Stripped and bleeding from the inside out
God how I long to see your face one last time
If i could tell you all I wanted to say to you
Maybe closure would come to me
Maybe I wouldn't feel so empty
I lay myself at the foot of your grave
Begging for your forgiveness
Pleading for you to say that all is okay
Laying among the dirt graveling
This pain has become to much
It's eating me alive
So here I lay struggling to breath
Trying to find my way among the living
Feeling at home among the angels

Emotions are well expressed in this poem. Sad, dark and very easy to identify with for me. Congratulations on the trophy.

This had my heart weeping with recognition, for no one can apprieciate the pain untill they witness it first hand,

This has such a strong dark air of sorrow to it, bleeding from each word! Beautifully done, superb emotions. All the best in the contest with it
