Our lives are full of scribbles

Our lives are full of scribbles

Everyone’s lives are full of scribbles,
From being born to growing to an adult,
We have all sat and done scribbles in our lives,
May it be because we are worried,
Or because we simply want to scribble,
Most likely sitting having some kind of nibbles,
We have all done it at some stage in our lives,
I bet sometime if you look at your scribbles,
They will symbolise something to you,
Maybe a shape… maybe a face… maybe even the sky,
Sit with a pencil in your hand,
And let scribbles come naturally to you,
Don’t think about what you are doing,
Just let your pencils do the talking for you,
You will be amazed at what you see,
Then again we have another type of scribbles,
Things we may have done in our lives that we are not proud of,
These are the type of scribbles you want to forget about,
Put them into a closet,
And as the saying goes “We all have skeletons in our closets”
Memories we would dearly love to go away,
Not keep coming back to make us feel dismay!
Unfortunately things don’t happen like that,
And yes more scribbles come to mind,
Scribbles can mean an awful lot to many of us,
Some having certain meanings for them in their lives,
Some simply have the word scribbles and mean scribbles on paper,
Though there are many meanings to this word,
And I’m sure if you think about it… you will find those meanings too.
Scribbles… scribbles and more scribbles.

Namaste Selfexpressive.

Yes indeed you are right! There are so many types of scribbles that we have in our lives. A very thoughtful write here. However this is way over the word limit, but thank you for sharing
