I guess on is only as strong as their weakest moment.
So is this about something less physical, and more emotional, as their are a thousand paths of addiction beyond drugs and self abuse.

I know how you feel here, that's what addiction does to you. It makes me need out just when you are unable to do so.

I can relate so much to this having suffered with chemical dependancy aswell as the smoking addiction and some times it is like we are powerless to stop the automated conditioning we have become accustomed too through addiction. To a point were we cannot pretend anymore and we want help. Asking for help is a start to change! Addictions can't be over-come by sheer will alone. Support and replacing them, slowly with healthier addictions is usualy the way. I wish you the best of luck in the challenge you are determined to face... all the support needed to help you
