I stand here alone, hear no more whisper
From the silent taciturn, mundane rays.
When suddenly it burst a fiery bouquet,
Rays pigments the sky, all like searing myrrh!
I stand here strong, my thundering heart weak
As all around, the sky bursts into song
Covering twilight in painted sarong,
There all the while, I stand here small and meek.
Twilight's own bloodbath shows daylight's antique,
As the moon's rise shows it's crimson physique

I love this piece. It took me away somewhere else. I love the imagery that this poem conveys. There is a depth to this that is beautiful. Keep writing.
