ascension' s promise
transcends practicality
peace of heart and spirit
presence of mind required

the journey begins
grounded in ancient teaching

This is poetry. Beautifully written, full of imagery and gives just enough room for the readers mind to explore it's own perceptions.

I REALLYlike this but the last line didn't make sense to me since I don't know what that first word is,lol!
Just change the k to an l in the last word. Also perhaps start the 1st word in each line with a capitol letter and find a more "worthy" and "suiting" background so that your words really strike your readers' hearts.I find that a more dramatic background helps set the mood or "tone" of the poem and helps get readers to not just read and process your words but to FEEL and UNDERSTAND them.Your poem was a delight to read!Just needs a little tweeking.

      Lungta

is Tibetan for windhorse, many prayer flags carry an image of a horse with a jewel on its back, that s lungta or windhorse carrying blessings and prayers around the world, I changed it back to windhorse and found the misspell in blessings, thank you for your kind review
