declares the glory of Him
who lives eternal
evidence of things
unseen and known by man’s heart
faith in spirit life
never say never
to anyone who you love
always speaking truth
good intentions pave
the way to hell and the grave
dig up foolish pride
love ye each other
as I have loved all of you
destroying hatred
abundant mercies
in resurrected Savior
hatred belittled

Author notes
Mal 3:6 For I am the Yah, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Nu 23:19 El is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?
Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even The Christ: {speaking...: or, being sincere}
Pr 14:3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.
Pr 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.
Joh 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
1Pe 1:3 Blessed be the El and Father of our Master Yahshua The Christ, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Yahshua The Christ from the dead,

Wow! Nice job Kathleen. An ambitious undertaking, which you completed with aplomb. You keep setting the bar higher and higher. Soon it will be out of sight! The third and fifth were my favorites.

I think you will like one of my new poems called "White Stone Name" -
interesting....... i would have to say this is very thought provoking. why is hatred belitttled though? I do not understand the meaning of that line. If I were you i would make this poem a bit longer...... i feel like it doesnt have enough substance.

This is Bible-ku....
a form of a Haiku type. It's a Japanese form with 3 lines & a syllable count of 5/7/5 each stanza. The Savior's sacrifice belittles hatred.
His laws are Immutable ~ hence the title & the substance of the Chain...It's a Bible-ku Chain! Thanks for reading & your comment!

This was a beautiful, highly spiritual poem that illustrates a couple of key points in life. I'm not a very religious person, but I find myself to be highly spiritual and I think that a lot of this poem can translate into that for me. The universal truths are just that, universal. Great job on writing an inspirational poem that I hope many others read and bring the things you talk about into their own lives. Simply wonderful!
