I'm at that stage where I just want to go back
Not because I miss it, or because I miss you;
But because it is just
so
much
easier.
I miss the familiar comfort of our routine,
I miss things being the way they were.
There is nothing I hate so much as change,
Except maybe you, sometimes;
And the fact that I want it all over again.

Hah, I'm sure a good amount of us can all identify. Weirdest part of the human brain, and probably one of the most frustrating, when you can identify something as a thing that isn't good...but you miss it all the same, because it's what's familiar, and at least you know how to exist around it instead of having to relearn something else.
I like the last...stanza, is it called? -bad poet- The best. The last bit.
I wish you liked tea, because I'd go make some kickass tea for you. Sigh. SIGH. -

I'm glad you like the last stanza. I think it's my favorite too. Originally it was just going to be "there is nothing i hate so much as change", but then I thought about what I hated more right at that moment, and that's what I hated.
