"Such is life",
I'm at the stage,
past fixed mistakes,
as a way to be.
That kind of place,
beyond extreme,
without a stake,
bearing belief.

The final line of this shines back up through the poem, illuminating it. Well done, thank you for this entry.

someone told me I might be banned
and it didn't worry me -
Nice take on the prompt! Sharp and to the point!

Yee-Hah!
Sounds like you've reined yourself in...not so much settled for captivity but found an inner peace with the past and the self searching of not being a sheep that needs herding...neither one of the herd nor ready to be displayed in a gallery as artistry unless it's on your terms...beyond extreme...but not beyond your own boundaries...you remain open to new pastures...new venues...the futures orange ( oops that's a cellphone commercial ) the futures in allotments...grow your own green and continue to grow...this rambling was bought to you by the lady rotating a figure of eight lol ...though in truth the hoops are earrings....
