He stood there for what seemed like hours
Noone saw but me
Eyes glowing like the night sky
A desperate man with a desperate plea
He knew that the cops would be called
If he stepped out of the shadows
He only wanted to see his children
But the courts said no
It was a matter of child suppourt
So he stood there till he saw them
And he cried out there names
The came running into his arms
Until the mother came and called the police

Well penned and intensely sad, such a story of loss and heartache.
Thank-you very much for entering and taking my prompt somewhere else.
