Dwelling in the shadows
mind lost in lack of light
a voyage through the darkness
as the season changes from bright
Huge lack of vitamin D
not enough time in the sun
most of the world deprived
life becomes no longer fun
Required to repair every cell
a shortage causes disorientation
cell structure is slow to renew
well being thrown into exasperation
Multivitamins are a joke
one tenth of what you need
in a world that cares for the buck
they plant illusions seed
