Need,the Mother of Invention

Within the stagnation of reality,
Spins a faith of diminutive threads.
Imagination,a true hero of frailty,
Elevates hopelessness and dread.

For when all fails miserably lost,
human condition finds it's way.
Escaping the death in spiritual cost,
On far horizons of another place.

In dreams springs forth hope eternal,
Answered questions are found there.
Across wide chasms of hellish infernal,
Lies the shores of "without care".

Solutions to the plights of man,
Dwell in dreams of "yes we can"!

Author notes

for prompt;by Sandygram
"I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge -- myth is more potent than history -- dreams are more powerful than facts -- hope always triumphs over experience -- laughter is the cure for grief -- love is stronger than death.

You have the knack for this type of poetry. You could sell it to greeting card companies and think you should. It is so pretty and lyrical.
