Her name was Evangeline,
a winter fairy.
Sent to protect the forest,
and the creatures while they sleep.
Painting trees with frost,
to protect them, against the elements.
As the snow falls,
she can be heard singing.
The unicorns join her,
aiding her wherever she needs.
Small pixies gather round,
to listen to her natures lullaby.
Soft and angelic is her voice,
Casting her long winter’s spell.
Captivating to all that meet her,
love from a pure heart.
Mystical moonbeams,
golden crystals snowflakes.
She paints a landscape,
with cobalt glistening rays.
Evangeline is her name,
this precious fairy that came to be.

Oh, sweetly and beautifully penned, good poet.
I love poems of enchantment so much and this one is adorable.

Your words were soft and delicate just as I would imagine a snow fairy to be. This was a beautiful poem.
