Alone she sits in anguish, naked and alone
Depressed down, dirty, dark, depraved, depressed
Atone for some sin, she bares herself to atone
Undressed before him she sits, shamed undressed
Unbearable blame not her own, weight unbearable
Tears fall as drizzling rain of heavens cloud of tears
Terrible tragedy hangs dreaded, terrible
Fears frighten until sadness overpowers fears
Madly passionate pleas cries out madly
Where is love promised to remove the pain I wear?
Sadly silences answers as more tears stream sadly
Despair dispels hope in devastating despair
There in the silent solitude he meets her there
Aware of him, grace, love to her become aware
Author notes
He is there in the midst of your despair

This is a beautiful shadow sonnet with so much profound meaning for me. The image you chose to compliment this stunning piece really tops it off. I love it. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to come to my side during my time of need. It means so much to me.

This is beautiful and a fantastic statement of faith. Through all our trials the Father will always be there with us and you stated that so well in the couplet. You have now composed more Shadow sonnets than I have!
Love,
Amera♥
