Really interesting...it feels really broken, which is what I think you were going for.
11. is either my least favorite or my favorite line, depending on if I read it for the flavor of the poem or the alliteration, respectively.
As another point, I love all of the capitalized words...they give the poem a more broken feeling while also adding to the impact of those words
