What do you expect,
When you have a family member,
Who does drugs and alcohol.
You can give them support,
Give them a place to live,
But you cannot solve,
Their problem for them.
Even though it is an addiction,
They have to learn on their own.
You pray for them,
You send them money,
When they so desperately need it.
But they just keep doing the same things,
Over and over,
They can't help it.
It's an addiction.
Sometimes,
They even wish to kill themselves.
They just don't have enough faith,
To keep on living.
But some do overcome it.
