Oh God
I am appreciative to them
who double-crossed
making me pathetic by their plays
denying me the love
and the cover of their crown
it was then only,
I left to
make a cry for your relief
opting you as the real friend
Oh God...

For everybody...
I think everyone on this planet has been deceived in one way or another and this poem shows hows that is very true! To be "appreciative to them" is all you need! Very, very enlightening and I liked the movement to the end towards "Him."

To be honest I'm dont really understand this.
'I am appreciative to them/who double-crossed...'
Who are they?
Apart from this I do like the elegant way in which you have described the turning to god in times of need and the search for faith.
Great write.

Oscar Wilde would be impressed, I certainly am!....Strong language directly spoken, with the perfect eye to the 'sky'...Love it. Peace and best wishes in the contest. Rhonda
