Looking over the old photos
Staring at the ghost of me
I stop and start to wonder
If things are as they should be
You’re so far away
And I’m left all alone
The pain was unexpected
Wish I could have known
They called to soon
Leaving me broken
You were taken away
So many words unspoken
All dressed in black
I stand in the ran
They lower you down
I cant fathom the pain
The cold tile floor on my back
I watch the world in a haze
I’m coming to find you
This life was just a phase
I’m no longer alone
But I’m still not with you
My thoughts are plagued with regrets
And there’s nothing I can do.
