Cast your glares upon my reflection
As each new day whispers past
This mud so thick catching my legs
And gripping around my wrists
This room so crowded
Each person with a new expression of hate
The masks removed, no longer ruling
We see the true nature of you
Do not hate me due to my mask
It's but a matter of time before the tables turn
For my choice was made
The moment I slipped deep into the mud
Speak the truth as if it were gold
And watch as it taints your being
As low as dirt without your mask
Rabid dogs with the chains broken
Whilst we stand strong in this crowded room
Stones being cast at our very being
Just for being different and learning
Nothing left to lose
So rip this mask off for me
Show my true face to the world
And let me feel this raging pulse
For the first time I shall live
Even if I am blinded by hatred
This ground shall be no coffin of mine
We are no lower than them
No matter what they say
Or the amount of stones they throw
Don't be afraid my friends
Come with me now
Tear off their masks in spite
And spread the disease of our truth
