The image flashes across my mind,
The pool of blood crimson red,
High above the street I stood,
A broken figure lay upon it,
Turning slowly gun in hand,
I leave them all behind,
The wailing sirens blazing by,
A crooked smile waves them past,
Corruption took those men alive,
And gave them a bloody death,
At my hands I watched them die,
Their victims have sudden silence,
Police look in vain for their damned,
For the righteous fallen who took their lives,
With nothing left to search,
They lay in solemn corruption.
