Now dasher, now Donner, now Prancer, now Blixen
But who do you recall
was the most famous reindeer of all?
Pegasis the poky pony,
had a very timid nose,
and if you ever saw it,
you wouldn't leap upon your toes.
All of the Santa raindeers,
used to laugh and watch him nay,
They never let poor poky horse,
participate in strong male games.
Then one foggy Christmas eve,
Santa came to say,
Poky horse with your wings so white,
off this cliff or be gone from site.
Then how the raindeer loved him,
as he flew histarically,
Poky Horse your not a flyer,
but you sprayed our master...wee.

Ha! Ha!
You got both me and Amera. My funnybone appreciated this one. Rudolph doesn't have anything on Pokey.

This is a riot! I cought myself trying to sing it. It's a little early for Christmas poems but never too early to laugh. Bravo!
Love,
Amera♥

I enjoyed reading this and the title is really cute. Your piece has really good imagery. Thanks so much for sharing in my contest.
