Horse Feathers

Hamlet:

Do you see yonder cloud that's almost in shape of a camel?

Hamlet noticed them in the shapes of clouds
peaceful and white
wheeling riderless
in pale, steady silence
crimson eyes wide
twisting
with moon-hoof rapture
floating loose
each one separate in flight
shining to live
feathering the hope of the day

Polonius: By the mass, and 'tis like a camel, indeed.

I saw a cloud that looked like an airplane once. It came in for a landing right on top of me and I found myself lost in a fog...

    Nicely done

There is good sense in letting the reins of the mind loose. I like these images.

rain stains and hebrew shorts - this is the sort of word trajectory that soothes restless souls; splits commonality with stranger danger than the animal we ride...
