Thunderstorm clashing ready to explode
Walking the streets in the cold night
The rain pours upon my very soul
Reaching the end of the road
I stare into the emptiness
Ready for no comfort to come
Snatched into a now appearing door
Held tight in arms soon recognized
A voice comes to my ears softly
'It's ok' the voice spoke gently
In tears I said 'The sky is over us'
Holding me closer, I heard his heart
'Nothing can harm you my dear'
'The clouds can form, the winds blow down'
'The storm may strike our very ground'
'No matter what will happen'
'This storm will pass us by'
'Just remember, never forget'
'Your father will protect you'
