In Your Eyes

Magnetic shadows,
Never a mystery.
Glass oceans,
Constantly changing.
As the tides roll in,
I watch them in your eyes.

Hearts beat fast,
Hands move slow.
In the lights,
Basking in the afterglow.
This is real and now I know,
I can see it in your eyes.

So quiet,
Yet still emotional.
Two souls
Have found one home.
You never say,
You never speak the words,
But I know it's there,
Because it is clear in your eyes.

Great job! This poem really showed me how you felt, because I have felt it, too. It's easy to relate to, and it flows well. Good job, and good luck in my contest.
