It seems the world forgot today
to let you let me in
and I guess in the grand scheme of things that’s ok,
‘cause the globe's just guna spin.
But tonight I think I’ll hide away, a book and tea in hand
‘cause I really wanted to believe that for once

Gotta love well planned dates met with "well, I forgot..." I think after being stood-up twice it's time for goodbye. And yet another day goes by, and yet another charming soul I just can't seem to quite let go.

I agree with you...terrible thing to happen, I dunno if i was ever stood up..but I would never stand anyone up...thats just rude! and i agree. one time i give the benefit of the doubt...two times goodbye! good for you
