Right now,
I feel lost,
As if I did know where I was going,
But somebody destroyed the map.
Now I'm learning
To walk a road
Paved with stones
As most roads are,
And these are
Thankfully
Small stones.
If I'm in the mood
I kick them aside
And walk on,
If I'm not
I press on through them
But that's painful
And pain is something
I could do without.
I must move forward
I must move on
Starting now.

This is a poem that many, many people could relate to. I loved that I could feel the emotion coming from this, and you wrote it perfectly. Good job, and good luck in my contest.

I'm glad the stones are small and I know how variable feelings can be. Keep moving on.

You have learned what it takes others years to .Keep going even when it's hard and that things change and will get better.Sometimes it is really hard to believe that though. You have a real talant at writing and you should never give it up.You were clear and easy to understand and people of all ages can relate to what you have to say.Great job and good luck in the contest.
