whenever you're near
I'm satisfied
I cannot explain this feeling
of wonder
all I can think
as I feel your arms around me
is this one simple thought
two words
that are the embodiment of all reason
your warmth
an all consuming flame
ignites this desire deep within
as I press my body to yours
the passion in your eyes pierces my soul
and my spirit cries out these words
an offering
an invitation to so much more
I whisper
my words barely heard
but my eyes telling ever so clearly
I'm yours
