Silently you watch lovers caress
Then you steal a heart away
Dressing up in Bandit clothes
Going where nobody knows
Alone I scream despair
Silver rays shine down on her
Seducing caress of dappled light
Midnight swims within her eyes
Sweeping her softly away
gone whilst sun shine out a day
You are a Bandit of love Moon
Swelling silver in your light cocoon
Surrounded by your sister stars
I know who you really are
and where you go by light of day
