Earth angel 15.11.08
I first laid eyes on my earth angel at a young age 11,
And I knew even then you would be mine,
Each time we would pass each others path,
Such butterflies I would get in my stomach,
My legs weakened to the point I thought oh boy,
My heart pounding each time we seen each other,
The inner warmth I could feel,
Being one so real,
When our eyes met,
We looked into each others soul,
We grew up together,
Such memories of being kids,
Now look? Thank God our love is so strong,
A bond we have that no one could ever destroy,
Even to this day,
I get all those feelings like being a kid again,
We most certainly were guided to be together,
I love you so much at times it even hurts,
You look at me a certain way,
And all I can do is smile,
Not a truer soul on this earth,
Than you my love,
You truly are an earth angel,
The certain wee things you do really make me laugh,
The love we have I know is eternal.
