This is the kind of love note
I would get
I love this. It
is what most of us are familiar
with when we are in a relationship.
Add some x's and o's and some of
those chores done

.. Im sure I did them all last!!! 
Like how you did this... the daily grind is the reality isn't it, doesn't mean we can't add an "I love you" to the end
