Flowers With Note, At Her Door





Today, I saw two doves rub noses,
in a white-blossomed dogwood tree

I thought of you!
while the radio played, silly little love songs~

my feet shuffled in dance;
on the kitchen floor

I know-  it’s not Valentines Day

but after last night, when I kissed you goodnight…
I want to ask, would you?
                                                  …be mine?
