The rain pouring down outside
fills my thoughts, fills my soul.
Dampens my hope that you'll someday love me.
The dream I have of you,
the hope I have for us,
useless and painful.
But I can't let go.
I can't forget your eyes, your hair, your smile.
Its hurts to remember but it hurts so much more to forget.
Every night in my dreams, every night you love me more and more.
And every morning,
I hurt more and more.
I'll wait for you to love me,
I swear that day will come when you'll see
that I've loved you all along.
All along and always.
One day your eyes will look upon me,
I'll look up, your hands will take mine,
you will pull me up and hold me. You'll never let go.
That day will be the first day of the rest of my life.
And you'll see that all along I've loved you.
All along and always.

i know how you feel in this. i can relate every word. this poem hit home for me, on so many levels(:
as usual you use of vocab is excellent.grammer and punctuation corret.and well, to be honest, it's simply brilliant. what i love the most about your poetry is that i can relate to it. and so can many others. this makes for exciting stuff, that many people would buy if you published. I WOULD SO BUY ONE OF THE FIRST COPIES! even if it did cost $50.00!
if this is how you feel at the moment, i really wish you the best. i know with love things get complicated, sometimes almost unbearable. but you know i'm always here to trip over something in case you need a laugh. XD
