Looking back, on days of innocence;
when hearing sweet voice,
could raise hair on back of my neck;
causing blood to flow throughout body;
would've brought embarrasment
had I stood.
When falling into gorgeous eyes
could make heart race
in anticipation of simple kiss.
Back in the day,
when being close to this
Heavenly Angel;
always started daydreams.
The mind ran about,
with all kinds of thought;
from simply wanting conversation
or holding her in my arms.
Though never, never with thought
of fulfilling carnal desires;
in those days we both
kept our innocence.
Twenty years later however,
quite a different story;
thank you bride.
