Here I stand
dressed only in my night gown
wishing I had one of those
beautiful fancy dresses on
that I see down below.
All those women

twirling dizzily
held close by those

How I wish I was an adult
being held close
wearing
an elgant dress
hair all in curles
shoes made of glass
so fragile
so delicate looking.
If only I had a wish
I'd wish for just one night
here
being held
twirled
admired for my beauty
If only...

Nice done... the childlike quality of your expressions lend a gentle wistfulness to this... Another lovely write... Well done and all my best.
