im sorry that i never told you i loved you one last time.im sorry i never kissed you once more.im sorry you got out and i never came to get you..maybe if i had i could have saved you.maybe you would still be alive.patches im sorry i wasnt a good enough friend. im sorry i wasnt the friend you were to me.you are the best.i love you so much.you mean the world to me.now i am sitting here crying wondering if i had been there if i could have saved you.maybe i could have gotton you to the doctors. maybe they could have stopped you from dying. i wonder if you you died slowly,or if you died instanly.. i hope you didnt feel anything, any pain.i hope i gave you everything you ever wanted. i am so sorry. i could have treated you soo much better, no i should have. you always made me feel better when i needed it.. you always licked away the tears. you always made me smile. i hope Heaven treats you better than i ever could. because you deserve more than i could ever give you.. i hope you can play withall the children and other dogs.. i hope Brutus shows you around.. i hope you can ever forgive me.. because although sometimes i didnt show it i love you with all my heart.. i cant let you go..i cant stop crying.. what am i going to do with out you.. i love you always.. i cant say it..i cant say those words..im sorry...i love you...

I had to get this off my chest...my dog Patches was just hit by a car.. i cant think of how im going to make it without him.. im sorry for everything Patches..R.I.P.

what can i say
it will be 11 months since my best friend was put to sleep..god i hate that saying....she was only six..i can still feel her velvet ears, see her sad eyes and feel this beautiful 8 stone rottweiller gently take a biscuit from my mouth into hers... her pictures adorn my flat..and i still cry every day..and when i pray i say to god if there is a heaven and she is not there waitng for me.......then i dont want to go....my heart goes out to you....what more can i say except i believe animals have souls..and there will be more dogs in heaven than people

In fact, you get a place in the finalists, because this is exactly what I wanted....A write about what made you sad. So many have simply written about misery, sadness, & pain....but I wanted more than that. & you have given it to me.
I am so sorry about your dog.
