There was a royal family,
who lived in the castle behind the trees.
There were five kids,
one girl,
and four boys.
They always played games outside,
they played hide and seek in the trees,
and they would invent new games.
One day,
a mysterious person came to the castle,
an invite in his hands.
The invite was to a royal ball,
everybody was happy to go.
Everybody was going with someone except one person,
the boys were going with people they asked,
the king and queen were going together,
the princess did not have anyone to go with.
She had this beautiful dress,
hung on a nail,
in her room.
She was planning not to go,
but a message came for her,
"Would you like to go to the ball with me?"
The note was not signed,
but that was good enough,
she would meet him in the back.
They had a good time,
and they had a good relationship,
when the princess was old enough,
they got married in the castle's court yard.

i like the story you told with the prompt, it's so simple but so lasting, just like a castle, one thing tho a invite should be an invite it's small but i noticed it, best of luck in the contest
