disappointment

all that i touch turns to dust
slipping right through the cracks
in the hands that i dare not claim
touch the light inside
watch it turn to darkness
shadows hide in where no one wanders
disappointment follows behind thy name
in a world that kindness disintegrate
into cruelty that strangles truth
stumble going up the stairs
fall back down to blame
errors in the air i breathe
want to choke on reality
full of uncertainty, full of ignorance
