aww this is sooo sweet
its a very intense write, and the emotions were just so genuine. and i really hope that whoever this is for has come to you for support since your willing to lend a helping hand 
just one little thing that bugged me tho... the last line... i think instead of "wipe your eyes" you could write "wipe your tears away". hahas, coz the image of wiping someone's eyes is just a little um, nevermind... i was just bugged by it. lol, i took it literally. anyhoo... this poem is simple and very heart-warming. keep penning, and thanks for the entry
