spectral paradox of truth in light of water under the rainbow

water vapor mist
filters light; reveals color
wisdom sifts knowledge

diffusion softens
light with darkness closer grows
clarity obscured

hanging haze of mist
seen in warm light on water
caused then lost with it

water laden air
angles, degrees of light, warmth
elements of truth

rainbows are light’s truth
dependent on transcending
hazy perspectives

    Now that's a title

I might link water-vapor-mist up like that, but that's just personal preference, it seems like an idea strung out and just lent itself to that layout (to me)

the idea that wisdom and knowledge are two different things - excellent

    diffusion softens
light with darkness closer grows- very nice

    clarity - nice word

angles - I don't know why, but I love that

o you cant have wisdom without knowlege like you cant have rainboes without water vapor? this is totally kewl linking haikus. i like the flow of the 2nd and 4th haikus best especially their last lines with simple statements. A+

I like the 5th one the best, but the 3rd one is kind of fun. It doesn't mean anything to people who have never watched the mist rise from a body of water with the daylight only to see it disappear as more and warmer light changes the atmospheric conditions.

i love the whole thing i meant 2 and 4 from the haiku and the way the last lines flowed the sylables 3 1 1 was perfect but the whole poem has tickuals (tickling visuals) so its all beautiful in my brain when i read it i can see rainbows and colors and mist

Hey I like this... sounds like a scientist describing how a rainbow is formed and a pessimists view on why they find it. Great job. Thanks for sharing this and thanks for entering it into my contest.

I am not a scientist, but the world is fascinating and full of truth.
We can see the rainbow only in the presence of light, but it is the water in the air which makes the rainbow appear. Without knowledge wisdom has nothing on which to act. Without wisdom, knowledge is only a massing of fact. When seen together, we discover the phenomenon of truth just as we find rainbows in light viewed through a watery haze.
