The sound of a small flicker resonates in the open air
as a spark of light explodes; ignited to warm the young
lovers which illuminates the awkwardness of a silent stare.
The stare grows intense and erupts into a roar. The fire with
its ardent eyes focus straight ahead, gulp with thirst and race
for more.
As the heated blaze rises with fury, the partners embrace with
wonder and worry.
The flame with its hungry eyes desirously streams to
destroy and demise.
This exuberant energy ostentatious and irascible undertakes
with feisty thoughts of the disasterful.
A calamity takes over this once harmonious nature filled place
leaving the couple viewing the now empty space.
What first is necessary to life and to love, this passion that lurks within
us and is seldom learned of. Caged like a dangerous species and locked away,
once this desire is out, released it will stay.
Passion that's unending like a fatal disease, may either put you to death or
begin life's reprise
