As I sit here craddling
my now broken heart.
I remember how I fell for you
right from the very start.
I fell so hard and fast
don't really know what was on my mind.
All I really know for sure
is that the stars all seemed to align.
So very much in common
we could almost be one in the same.
Silly me for thinking maybe
you could be my twin flame.
Knowing we could never be
still never stopped the way I feel.
My love I expressed every day
for that I can not conceal.
I love you so much
way more than I should.
You said you loved me just as well
though I don't see how you could.
I know I am such a pain in the ass
always doubting what you say.
But honestly baby from my broken heart
I never meant to push you away.
