The scars remind her,
of his abuse,
and they tell a story,
of what she endured.
Scars of rape,
Of anger and pain,
They cover her ruined body,
and she sees them.
The others do not know,
Of the atrocities she
Went through
nor of the things she holds inside.
She wishes she would kill him,
so he couldn't do it again.
