Prompt 3
Good God what’s all this; some kind of global warming;
I’m losing inches by the minute.
It’s only a few days after Christmas;
Hell it isn’t even New Years yet.
That lying dog Frosty that recruited me;
He told me this gig was a piece of cake.
Now it’s got to be up around close to sixty;
I’m melting here!
Can a working snowman get some ice around here?
How about an umbrella or some kind of shade.
Can someone tell old man weather to put a sock in it?
What’s with all this sunshine?
I’m in the union for Christ sake;
I pay my dues!
Where the hell is the rep when he’s needed?
Those scab snow angels are fine; but look at me
I bet I’m going to lose my unemployment benefits;
I’ll wind up in the water pool;
Then I’ll just dry up and be gone;
Sure; so happy Halloween right?
