Those that wait

Missing image

the dark heaved tones

of  bright and light

where the sun struggled

its rise into the sky

it seemed the morning

waited its turn

there was silence in my heart

as each beat skipped

long enough to awaken

awareness in shadows

where the morning

awaited its turn

awed, I received this blessing

reminded that Light

provides morning

to those that wait

I appreciate you comments. She was my 'last' one, and I was honoured to help her into this world. I was humled by this academic experience. Frans.

      Good morning my friend

Thanks for stopping by. 'You are the best!" - well, I do not know of that, but I will bask in the sun on that for a while. However, everything goes to Him who made this possible. Lovies to you . Frans

Thank you for sharing this special day with all of us. Congratulations on a wonderful achievement. I did have to laugh at the date of the poem, however. You lost an entire year in the early morning hours.
The poem itself expresses the heart of who you are; humble, erudite and conscientious. It is a pleasure to read your work. Peace, Liz

      Thanks Liz

I think you now realise that I am in one mad rush. Trying to get on top of things - perhaps shifting the date a year forward will help!! Thank you for stopping by, and thank you for your friendship. I have come to admire you as a poet. Frans

    What a bright star ...

on the academic velvet of night you are! Emotional capital finds its balance in purpose, in the Book Divine ... Not only do you understand the essence of teaching, but also the key to healing. Thank you for a wondrous evening of friendship, inspiration and a refined example of true compassion in sharing your talents, as God intended us all to do.

Many blessings on your future, Frans, and all the best to you and your family, which you made me feel part of.

Weer eens baie geluk. Ek is trots op jou! Dankie vir jou nederige voorbeeld in uitnemendheid en standvastige geloof.

      Myra

Dankie. Hierdie aand was iets besonders, meer as wat ek kon inneem - die wete dat jy daar was is ook meer as wat jy ooit sal besef.

Myra, thank you for travelling so far to join me on this evening. By no doubt your purpose entered into the realm of mine so many years ago, a true example of the network of endopathic interdependence within the sphere of Purpose Capital.

      Blessings to you and Org.
