Walks across Westborough
Poetry Critiques, Movie Nights and Valentines Day Fights
“Those three million, two hundred and thirty seven thousand,
Reassuring kisses in the car”
Snow balls, Proms and that one big night
“[We] became friends at first sight. Then, [We] fell in love.”
Beach day double dates, Sequence, and A lot Like Love
You were my intimate, my sanity and my coat rack
Behind closed doors, on Cape Cod beaches and high school Balconies
We frolicked, and we fought
Then you stopped talking
Limbs, Lips, and Loves Unlocked
Your Michigan sweatshirt no longer fit
I couldn’t read your mind, or kiss your forehead
The group disintegrated around us
Poems were posted but never read
Words were lost, actions were desperate
Our make out sessions grew violent and sometimes unruly
You no longer saw me as your “Sweets” or your “Blondie”
You changed and I became somebody else’s soul mate
Author notes
For Ryan, this is the last poem I'll be writing for him....I'm ready to move on from the pipe dream.
Please tell me what you think

Nicely done Leigh. I can relate to this because this is kind of what i've been going through with the whole situation with Will Porter.
Keep up the good writing.
