Blissfuly lost

Scattered leaves amongst the trees,
White snow blanketing the skies,
A single soul frozen in time,
Lost in the beauty of the scene.

A crescent moon and single star,
Catch my eyes and I lose focus,
Walking forward but staring up,
I quickly stumble off the trail.

Now two souls caught up in nature,
Find one another while finding beauty,
The world begins to fade away,
As the snow surrounds and love is captured.

This is quite a lovely poem and, while I'm not usually one for the sappy, romantic stuff, I had to say that this was very well-done. Thanks for entering & good luck to you
