Sunrise golden glow
shines through bedroom window
on your body it lays to rest
in beauty I can’t contest
as you slumber like a willow
I lay beside watching you
and hope your dreams come true
there’s peacefulness in your face
you seem comfortable in this place
upon soft satin sheets of blue
You breathe so gentle and slow
on your face a rosy red glow
like a woman that is in love
such a sweet little angel dove
I see all that I want to know
