Santa has to gain all that weight ,
for it's sure cold out there.
Wy you just try flying around in an open convertible ,
and see how much more weight you would want to wear.
Sure he eats the cookies they aren't too bad,
but you see Santa has this thing he does and it's pretty rad.
For every cookie he consumes ,
there is a chimney for his muse .
Now going down you see is a breeze,
but that climbing back up will take of the weight indeed.
Have you ever listen really close,
after Santa displays that Ho Ho Ho.
Most people don't but believe you me ,
he is a huff-in and a puffin get-tin back up on top so see.
Wy Old Santa has to eat at each place he stops,
and it helps him stay warm and keeps his energy tip top.
Don't you worry none for he is like a big old bear ,
only he hibernates in the summer thin as a rail and with quite a flair .
Knowing it wont be long and the goodies will catch his nose,
he will commence to eating to get ready for the first snow .
Year after year he goes through this but never fear ,
Santa will be back in shape with a Ho Ho Ho "whew" every year.
