Scattered emotions
Running rampant going no where
Unable to interpret my thoughts
Everywhere I look perplexity
I’m lost with no where to turn
I can’t find my way
Mist crowding me in
Shrouding my vision I can’t see
Where do I go from here
A road stretching on forever
I’m afraid no one to care
I’m here, right here can’t you see
A place I have no desire to be
What has changed I don’t know
Bombarded with uncertainty
What is to become of me
As the sun rise to another day
I’ve always been here and here I am
And yet each day I awake
No one can see the real me
On the outside I function brilliantly
The façade erodes more each day
Smiling with boundless cheer
As confusion is my delusion
