Enthusiasm emits dusk ‘till dawn
Controlling and Tyrannical
Demanding and Irresistible
An aggressive leader that many follow
He loves to rule with intelligence in tow.
The father figure with charismatic energy
Creating his ego Empire impatiently.
Strong willed, his foundation will not be of clay
If his boredom and restlessness can be kept at bay.
He is the infant of the universe with power in his hand
A baby whining and crying for us to succumb to his demands.
He is Emperor
Newborn of the cosmos.
Author notes
This character draws my thoughts to the evolution of the human race and where we are at the present time; self serving, tyrannical, I/My negotiable, just like the infant or toddler learning how to test her/his parameters with parents and teachers. I believe we are at the “Emperor” stage of our evolution process as a species.
