In this icy tundra I walk
Reminiscing the memories;
Sitting in front of this frozen rock
Bending on my knees.
I gaze upon this facade of ice,
Where the mountains meet the sky;
When you and I face our last demise
Stranded where the snowy beds lie.
Remembering the sorrow this place brings,
The time when you last left,
Melancholic fear within me sings,
When death committed theft.
The tears that last fell from your eyes
Were the last I've seen from you.
Your frozen tears makes our last goodbyes,
This loss I can't construe.
You gave me all till your last breath
To keep me safe within;
For life awaits if not for death,
Where love would choose between.
Now, as I visit your lonely grave
To thank you for your deed,
For your life was the last thing that you gave,
And your frozen tears, I heed.

This is about a person who reminisces the tragic loss of a love one in the icy tundra.
